One-on-one personal training is still the cornerstone of the personal training and fitness industry and this is for a good reason. If you have ever worked with a personal trainer you know why! One-on-one personal training gives you a workout and program 100% customized to your own personal needs and goals. Here are some of the highlights of my one-on-one personal training programs:
- All one-on-one sessions are 1 hour in length.
- Times are completely customizable to the your schedule.
- Each Session is tailored to how you feel that day!
- One-on-one can be great for the rehabilitation of an injury or weak area, that may not get targeted in a boot camp or group training session.
- Great way to get into a physical fitness program, especially those who are not used to exercise.
- Sessions can include circuit training, interval training, core strengthening, full body weight training, plyometrics, stretching and flexibility, etc
- All clients receive nutritional and diet counselling, food journalling, measurements and body-fat percentage testing once per month.
