Partner & Semi-Private Personal Training (groups of 2-6)

In addition to traditional one-on-one personal training, I offer partner or semi-private personal training (sometimes called small group training). These sessions can have as few as 2 people to a maximum of 6 clients per session. Semi-private is a fantastic option for those who have some experience training one-on-one with me, but would like to either keep the investment the same and train more often or train the same number of times per week but lower the cost. Also, if you are considering a personal training program with me, but are looking to keep the investment to a minimum, semi-private training may be just right for you. Semi-private training highlights:

  • Groups of 2-6 people
  • Variety of session times to choose from and your sessions don’t have to be at the same time each day
  • Great way to maintain a training program without the full cost of one on one training
  • Sessions can include circuit training, interval training, core strengthening, full body weight training, plyometrics, stretching and flexibility, etc.
  • Comprehensive form cueing to ensure you receive the most out of your workout.
  • All clients receive nutritional and diet counseling, food journaling, measurements and body-fat percentage testing once per month.
